'Daughters of Mother India' wins at Cairo film fest
Indian National Honor winning narrative "Little girls of Mother India" won the principal prize in the Narrative Film classification at the 6th CAM Worldwide Film Celebration.
The fest was composed by Arabic Egyptian Culture for Culture, Media and Expressions (CMA).
Coordinated by Vibha Bakshi, the film depicts India's account of resolve, trust and boldness in the battle against sexual orientation savagery. It outlines the fallout of the 2012 Nirbhaya pack assault and murder, on camera.
The CAM Worldwide Film Celebration was held from 8 to 13 October.
It is composed yearly to advance silver screen as a method for fighting numbness, neediness and fear based oppression. The current year's release included around 92 movies from 33 nations in three classifications: Short Fiction, Narrative and Movement.
India was the Visitor of Respect in the film celebration with 12 sections.
